URARE – Unified Resonance, Awakening, Renewal & Embodiment – is a Pleiadian  healing modality that I have been honoured to co-create through my years of working intuitively with Source, Ascended Masters and the Archangels.

Working directly with Source (Creator) and the Elohim Council of Twelve, URARE feels like a natural continuation of the energy work I have practised for many years. I am delighted to be among the first practitioners offering this new modality.

What is URARE?

URARE is a multi-dimensional energy healing modality, with every session as unique as the person experiencing it.

The work can explore energetic patterns associated with ancestral and generational experiences, past lives, soul fragmentation, energetic interference, vows and contracts. The intention is to clear unwanted or heavy energies, create space for healing and help you reconnect with yourself and your higher self.

You don't need to understand energy healing or know exactly what you want to address. If you feel that something deeper is asking to be explored, URARE gives you the space to do so.

What Happens During an URARE Session?

We will begin with a chat so that you feel comfortable and can ask any questions.

I usually start clearing heavy or unwanted energies before you arrive. During your session, we may explore breathwork and opening the chakras before, if guided, asking Source and the Elohim to install the Nine Layers of Protection.

You will then usually lie down and relax while I channel the Elohim healing vibrations. My sessions are interactive, so you can always talk to me about anything that comes up.

Depending on what I am guided towards, I may also use:

● Crystals
● Drums
● Tibetan sound bowls
● Tuning forks

 

There is no set formula. I work with you and what is needed during your individual session.

The Nine Layers of Protection

The Nine Layers of Protection are an important part of URARE.

Within the modality, they are understood as a permanent sovereign shielding system developed through Source and the Elohim, intended to provide energetic protection and create a secure space for deeper healing work.

As an empath who is highly sensitive to other people's emotions and energies, this is anelement of URARE that I particularly value.

Is URARE For You?

URARE may appeal to you if you feel stuck in repeating patterns, weighed down by unwanted energies or simply sense that there is something deeper you would like to explore.

You may already have experience of Reiki healing or another healing modality, or this may be your first experience of energy work. Either way, there is nothing you need to prepare or understand beforehand. Simply come with an open mind and allow your session to unfold naturally.

Some people describe feeling lighter or clearer immediately after energy work, while for others the experience unfolds more  gradually. Afterwards, give yourself time to rest, drink plenty of water and allow space for your experience to integrate.
