Healing Through Rhythm and Sound

If you’re feeling called to try something new and nourishing for the soul, come and join us in the garden for a beautiful morning of drumming, chanting, healing, and meditation.

The natural rhythm of the drums, combined with chants and guided meditation, creates a powerful space for releasing old energies, connecting deeply with yourself, and raising your vibration.

Details and How to Join

• When: Saturdays, 10:30 AM – 12:00 Noon

• Where: In the peaceful setting of my garden

• Cost: £10 per session

 

The first four people to respond will have the chance to use one of the available drums, so be quick if you’d like to reserve one! Feel free to bring your own drum if you have one, or simply come along and enjoy the healing vibrations.

What to Expect

 

Each session will include:

• Group drumming to raise energy and set intentions

• Chanting to open the heart and quiet the mind

• Group healing to release what no longer serves you

• Guided meditation to leave you feeling peaceful, grounded, and uplifted

 

No previous experience is necessary—just bring your open heart, a willingness to connect, and a readiness to experience something truly special.
